Join the honorary blood donors, and if you are already one – we would love to see you again at the blood bus at Północna.
The blood bus will be located at the main entrance to Północna. To donate blood, you must register on the day of the event. Registration is open from 10:00 AM until the quota of numbers is exhausted. The blood bus serves donors until 3:00 PM.
The event is organized by the Białokrewka Association of Honorary Blood Donors. The Regional Blood Transfusion and Hematology Center in Warsaw also oversees the course of the event.

Keep your hemoglobin levels up!
One of the most common reasons for being ineligible to donate blood is a low hemoglobin level. To avoid this, follow a diet rich in iron. You can find this valuable element in cereal, dark bread, and especially in beef tenderloin, salami, liver, or buckwheat. Fish such as sardines or salmon, as well as vegetables like beets, spinach, and parsley root, are also good sources of iron. Snacks rich in iron include chocolate, cocoa, almonds, and peanuts. Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of iron.
By donating blood, you are saving health and lives.
We warmly invite you!
