Galeria Północna doceniona przez klientów. 96% wychodzi stąd z zakupami!

Galeria Północna is strengthening its position in the Warsaw shopping center market. This is also reflected in the ratings given by shoppers. In the latest survey conducted by Market Side, as many as 94% of customers positively rated the center.
The highest ratings, 9 and 10 according to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) indicator, were given by 69% of respondents. This means that so-called promoters currently prevail among the gallery visitors. Many factors influence these high ratings, ranging from the created offer to the atmosphere of the gallery, as noted in the survey.
As many as 98% of Północna’s customers admit that they are satisfied with the number of stores and brands available here. 87% positively assess the leisure offer for families with children, which is largely due to the largest Cinema City cinema in this part of the city, gastronomic establishments, and rooftop gardens.
Additionally, 99% speak positively about the cleanliness and shopping comfort at Północna, and 97% feel safe here. 91% appreciate the ease of parking in the gallery, and 99% the clarity of the store layout.
– This is yet another survey in which customers have rated Północna so highly. We observed similar ratings in 2022. This consistency shows us that we are developing in the right direction and in line with the expectations of the local market, creating a place that is increasingly attractive for shopping, comfortable, and safe, – says Marek Ciszewski, director of Galeria Północna.
– Importantly, we are rated almost equally highly in various areas of the facility's operation. Both our extensive and family-friendly shopping and entertainment offer and our operations related to shaping a modern shopping space are appreciated, – he adds.
However, these are not the only positive conclusions from the Market Side survey. The results also showed that for 92% of customers, the biggest attraction drawing them to Północna is the successful shopping experience. For as many as 62%, the reason for visiting the gallery is fashion stores, while for 46%, it is the wide range of groceries.
Every third customer visits the facility due to the diverse health and beauty or gastronomic offer available here. Every fourth is attracted by the shoe and accessories offer. As many as 96% of visitors leave Północna with successful purchases, which is a high percentage, according to the data provided by Market Side.
– The survey showed us that customers fully utilize our shopping offer, especially the lifestyle offer. Moreover, visits to Północna are characterized by a high conversion rate, which in some segments reaches even 99%. This is an important signal for our current and potential tenants, as it shows that we are a facility where the customer finds an interesting offer and is willing to buy, – says Marek Ciszewski.
This is also evident in the time customers spend shopping here. Currently, it is an average of 77 minutes. At the same time, every fifth visitor now spends 1.5 to 2 hours at Północna. – An interesting, largely family-friendly shopping offer, as well as numerous attractions, means that the time customers spend at Północna is increasing. This is a positive trend for us that we want to develop, for example, by expanding the offer or introducing new attractions and events, – says Marek Ciszewski.
