W Warszawie stanął największy koszyk wielkanocny w Polsce

Ma aż 3,54 metra wysokości, a jego powierzchna jest porównywalna z powierzchnią dużego pokoju. W Galerii Północnej w Warszawie można oglądać największy w kraju koszyk wielkanocny.
 
Konstrukcja, którą ustawiono w centrum handlowym, już oficjalnie została wpisana do Księgi Rekordów Polski, zajmując miejsce obok m.in. największego czekoladowego jaja wielkanocnego czy największej pisanki.
 
– Koszyk, który stanął w Północnej jest niemal 300 razy większy od tego tradycyjnego i robi wrażenie swoimi rozmiarami. Skala obiektu jest tak duża, że przy próbie bicia rekordu Polski konieczne było dokonanie jego pomiarów przez sędziego i geodetę – mówi Barbara Andrzejewska, marketing manager Galerii Północnej.
 
Nic dziwnego, sam tylko obwód koszyka to ponad 15 metrów, a pole powierzchni podstawy to aż 19,68 m kw. Wnętrze nietypowego obiektu wypełnia natomiast 10 mających po 1,2 metra kolorowych pisanek, które stworzyły dzieci z warszawskich przedszkoli.
 
– To dziś z całą pewnością największa tego typu dekoracja wielkanocna w kraju, ale także w samej Warszawie, która ustanowiła nowy rekord Polski. Można ją do końca kwietnia oglądać w Galerii Północnej, ale także robić sobie z nią zdjęcia – zachęca Barbara Andrzejewska.
 
Dla Galerii Północnej to już trzeci rekord! Obiekt ma na swoim koncie już Rekord Guinnessa za największy las w słoiku i Rekord Polski dla rzeźby „Wir” Oskara Zięty, która stoi w sercu galerii.
 
– Wyzwanie, którego się podjęliśmy było dla nas prawdziwą przygodą. Efektem tego jest konstrukcja, która przyciąga uwagę skalą, ale także pomysłowością. Nie ukrywamy też, liczymy na to, że na długo rekord Polski pozostanie w naszych rękach – dodaje.

O Galerii Północnej

Galeria Północna is a modern, family-friendly shopping mall in the northern part of Warsaw, the first fourth-generation center in this area of the city. The 64.5-thousand-square-meter facility was created for people who love shopping as well as spending their free time actively. Galeria Północna is a shopping center featuring one of the largest rooftop gardens in the capital, which includes, among others, a world-unique brine graduation tower, large murals including 3D ones, and playgrounds for children.

The facility also displays world-class art — in the central point of the mall stands the tallest stainless-steel sculpture in Poland, the 22-meter-high “Wir” by Oskar Zięta. It is also the first building in Warsaw designed with such great care for the environment, confirmed by the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Gold certificate.
