What? Free Tai Chi classes

Where? From 8 December to the end of January 2026 – Scena Niewielka Wielkich Rzeczy, 1st floor

When? Every Monday, starting at 10:30 and ending at 11:15

For whom? For all seniors – regardless of fitness level or experience.

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise originating from China. It is based on smooth, calm movements and deep, steady breathing. It is safe, non-invasive, and perfect even for people with limited physical ability. It doesn’t require special clothing or prior preparation – you only need the willingness to try.

Why is it worth it?

  • Improved balance and coordination – reduces the risk of falls, which are common and dangerous at an older age.

No prior registration is required – just come on time and prepare for the practice.
