OUTDOOR CAR PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Outdoor Car Park of Centrum Handlowo-Usługowe “Galeria Północna” [“Galeria Północna” Commercial and Service Centre] (hereinafter referred to as the “Outdoor Car Park”) with a limited number of parking spaces is located at Światowida 17 Street in Warsaw.

2. The Outdoor Car Park is an unguarded car park and has no protections against unauthorised access of third parties.

3. The Management Authority of the Outdoor Car Park and internal roads located on the surface of the Outdoor Car Park is Centrum Światowida Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 45A, Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000376009, NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 524-27-26-128, REGON [National Business Registry Number]: 142768998

4. The Outdoor Car Park is intended only for parking motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight up to 3.5 tonnes.

5. When entering the Outdoor Car Park and leaving a vehicle in the Outdoor Car Park, the user does not conclude a parking space lease agreement with the management authority or any other agreement that would oblige the management authority to be responsible for any damage that could occur as a result of theft, destruction or damage to the vehicle or equipment thereof, as well as items left in the vehicle.

6. The Outdoor Car Park is open to users 7 days a week during the opening hours of Galeria Północna.

7. Entry to the Outdoor Car Park during opening hours is free of charge.

8. Parking outside the designated parking spaces is not permitted. 

9. The Outdoor Car Park is closed (closed to users) between 01:00 am and 10:00 am. It is prohibited to leave vehicles in the Car Park outside its opening hours. If a vehicle is left in the Outdoor Car Park after 01:00 am, it shall absolutely be towed to the tow yard at the vehicle owner’s expense.

10. Information regarding a towed vehicle can be obtained from the Galeria Północna Security Service staff at the following telephone number: 22 812 84 83.

11. In the Outdoor Car Park, access roads and internal roads, the maximum speed of vehicles is 10 km/h. On the area of the Outdoor Car Park, access roads and internal roads, the traffic regulations specified in the Road Traffic Law of 20 June 1997 and secondary legislation are in force.

12. On the Outdoor Car Park premises it is prohibited to:
a. leave children under 15 years of age and animals unattended in vehicles,
b. smoke and use open fire,
c. consume alcohol,
d. store fuels, hazardous substances and empty fuel containers and refuel any vehicles,
e. leave vehicles with the engine running, enter vehicles which are not technically sound,
f. wash or vacuum clean vehicles, change liquids or oil, or pollute the Outdoor Car Park in any way,
g. carry out any promotional, marketing campaigns on the Outdoor Car Park without the consent of the Outdoor Car Park Management Authority.

13. The vehicle user is obliged to obey the instructions of the Security Service and the Management Authority of Galeria Północna.

14. The vehicle user is liable for damage caused to Centrum Światowida or third parties while using the Outdoor Car Park (in particular, for damage caused by improper use of the vehicle, failure to observe the Rules and Regulations, traffic incidents, contamination of the surface of the Outdoor Car Park caused by liquids leaking from the vehicle).

15. A vehicle left on the Outdoor Car Park should be locked and its contents secured. Valuable items should not be in plain sight. Centrum Światowida shall not be held liable for any damage caused by third parties, nor is it liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles located in the Outdoor Car Park, unless this is due to a culpable act or omission of the Outdoor Car Park Management Authority. The Outdoor Car Park Management Authority shall neither be liable for items left in vehicles.
